CA N Rajendran
CA Shri N Rajendran is the founder partner of the Firm. He is actively engaged in guiding the auditing and consulting team of VRC. Over the years, his vast experience in Audit and taxation enriched the firm to reach the present level.
Shri Rajendran is also a qualified CPA/CGA from USA/Canada and served in advisory roles in Canadian government organisations. With his flair in teaching and spreading knowledge, he served as guest lecturer in Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala for several years. He is presently based in Kottayam/Ettumanoor.
CA P A Joseph
CA Shri PA Joseph is Senior Partner and at the forefront of audit and advisory services in the Firm. With his flair and unassuming nature, he helped the firm in building a strong customer base, guided the firm to enter new areas. He is Presently leading our team specialized in corporate audit, taxation and consulting from our Kottayam Branch.
Prior to entering Chartered Accountancy profession, having completed masters in Statistics with a Gold Medal from the Kerala University, Shri Joseph began his career as a lecturer in famous Government Brennen College, Tellicherry, Kerala and later moved to The Hope Waddell Training Institute, Ministry of Education, Government of Cross River State, Nigeria (1977-1986). He also served with The Accounts Dept, Bank Loan Syndication Unit, City Corp, NY, USA. He returned to India, qualified as a chartered accountant in the year 1991.
Shri Joseph has been a faculty member of the ICAI for many years and served as the Chairman of the Kottayam Center of SIRC of ICAI during 2013-2014.

CA M.P. Jose
CA Shri Jose MP is presently in charge of the head office of VRC in Kochi. He is actively engaged in client relations, team building, advising and guiding critical functions of the firm. He has vast experience in Audit, Taxation, Corporate Finance and business structuring.
Shri Jose’s concern for social causes has no bounds and serves in the boards of many public charitable organizations. He is actively associated with JAYCEES and also serve as President of the Jesuits-ran Sneha bhavan Charitable Society for the uplift of Mentally handicapped and otherwise abled. He served as teaching faculty at ICAI, also as visiting faculty at many prestigious institutions in Kerala. For his selfless services, he was awarded the American Achievers’ Award in 2005, The Meritorious Performance Award of the Jaycees in 2006 and Fr. Bennet Kurian Award for outstanding academic performance. He is an active member of the Society of St. Vincent De Paul and the member of the Finance Commission of The Catholic Diocese of Kottayam. Also guided, mentored many social enterprises, business organizations.

CA Tom Joseph
CA Shri Tom Joseph is Senior Partner at Bangaluru Branch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior positions with infra structure finance and health care sectors. He has strong background in corporate finance and start-up eco system.
Shri Tom is Currently leading from Bangaluru our team in corporate advisory, taxation and audit.

CA Tomy Joseph
CA Shri Tomy Joseph is Senior Partner at Kannur Branch. He holds master's in commerce and DISA certified from ICAI. He is instrumental in setting up operations in Kannur region of Kerala and built-up team to take up Audit and Taxation in that region. In addition to guiding the corporate audits, he has expertise in handling income tax and GST issues.

CA Prakash Mathew
CA Prakash Mathew is Senior Partner based at Kochi. He holds master's in mathematics, qualified CMA and holds DISA certification from ICAI. His area of specialization includes Audit & Assurance, Taxation, Project Appraisals, Budgeting and Cost Analysis and Project financing and Feasibility study.
Presently Shri Prakash is leading the consulting team at Kochi. He is an active member of the SIRC-Study Circle.
