P A Joseph is the senior partner of the firm and has more than 18 years of experience in the Profession of Accountancy. He is a Postgraduate-Rank Holder of the University of Kerala, 1971 Batch and Gold Medallist of the St. Thomas College, Palai. He began his career as Lecturer in Statistics at the Government Brunnen College, Tellicherry, Kerala and later on became Head of the Department of Mathematics at The Hope Waddell Training Institute, Ministry of Education, Government of Cross River State, Nigeria (1977-1986) He became a member of ICAI in 1991. His area of specialisation includes Accounting & Auditing Practices, Taxation, Project Appraisals, Preparation of Budgets and Cost Analysis, Project and Feasibility Report Preparation etc. His international exposure includes services with The Accounts Dept, Bank Loan Syndication Unit, City Corp, 599 Lexington, N.Y., U.S.A. He was the Chairman of the Kottayam Branch of SIRC of ICAI during 2013-2014

CA M. P. Jose is a senior partner of the firm with professional experience of more than 15 years. The focus areas are Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Charity. He is an Active JAYCEE and formerly one of the Chapter Presidents, Member of the Finance Commission of the Catholic Diocese of Kottayam, Member of the Board of Governors and Vice President of the Jesuits-run Snehabhavan Charitable Society for the Mentally handicapped at Kottayam. He is also attached to the Snehadeepam Charitable Society, Mundanveli at Kochi. He is a teaching faculty at ICAI and is Visiting Faculty at the meritorious and prestigious Marian College, Kuttikanam, Kerala. He has won the American Achievers’ Award in 2005, the Meritorious Performance Award of the Jaycees in 2006 and Fr. Bennet Kurian Award for outstanding academic performance.
